Initial Design & Revisions: We create an initial design concept and allow two rounds of revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations.

2. Website Development
CMS-based Development: We build the website using a Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress. This enables you to manage and update content easily without needing technical knowledge.
Responsive Development: The site will be developed to be fully responsive, ensuring it functions seamlessly across different screen sizes and devices (smartphones, tablets, desktops).

Domain Registration: The Agency assists with registering your domain. However, clients are responsible for covering domain registration fees, which are typically annual.
5. Hosting Setup Assistance
Hosting Recommendations: We assist in selecting the right web hosting provider for your site, ensuring it meets your performance and budget requirements.
Technical Setup: We help set up your hosting account, ensuring your website is properly connected to the hosting provider.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for paying any hosting fees directly to the provider, which are typically billed annually.
6. Content Integration
Up to 5 Pages: We integrate content you provide, including text, images, and videos, for up to 5 pages (e.g., homepage, about, contact, portfolio).
Additional Pages: Extra pages beyond the initial 5 will incur an additional charge of $500 per page.
7. 30-Day Post-Launch Support
Bug Fixes: We provide 30 days of free support post-launch, addressing any issues or bugs that arise after the website goes live.
Minor Adjustments: If you need any minor content changes or adjustments, we’ll take care of them during this period.
Client Feedback: This period also allows for fine-tuning the site based on your feedback and any issues that arise once the site is live.
8. Pricing
Flat Fee: The total cost for our full website creation package is $5,000, which includes design, development, domain registration assistance, and up to 5 pages of content integration.
Payment Terms:50% Deposit ($2500) required before work begins.
50% Balance ($2500) due upon completion and before launch.
Additional Costs:Any additional pages beyond 5 will be charged at $500 per page.
Advanced features (e.g., custom e-commerce functionality) may incur extra fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the work.
9. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Client Content: All content you provide (e.g., text, images) remains your property.
Website Design & Code: Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and source code. However, the Agency retains the right to showcase the website in its portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Terms and Conditions Summary
Timeline: The website creation process typically takes 6-8 weeks from start to finish, depending on content availability and feedback.
Refund Policy: The deposit is non-refundable once the project begins. If the client cancels after work has started, they are responsible for payment for completed work.
Ongoing Maintenance: After the initial 30-day post-launch support, ongoing maintenance can be arranged for an additional fee, including updates, backups, and additional content changes.
